Meet Lanre Sulola

Lanre is passionate about empowering individuals to fulfil their aspirations and realise their inner ambitions. His engaging and collaborative approach allows others to excel and reach peak performance. His coaching and people development work has been recognised as inspirational, transformational and purposeful.

 

Lanre’s strong commercial and financial background has been a key asset to a wide range of clients in stimulating business and personal performance improvement. His coaching and facilitation expertise has been founded on career experience at global firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture where he had an outstanding record of designing and delivering people development programmes, managing organisational structure and people changes and improving capabilities through training and coaching.

 

He is also a poet and uses poetry as an innovative tool to help individuals engage and to communicate and share their values and vision in creative and expressive ways.

 

He has extensive experience in:

  • Design and delivery of leadership  and talent development programmes
  • 1:1 coaching around leadership behaviours and personal development
  • Supporting organisations and individuals through organisational structure, business, people and culture changes

Meet Paul Cleal

Paul

Paul acts as an advisor, board member or mentor to organisations and individuals who want to make positive change happen. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership and strategy gained from 30 years working in both private and public sectors.

 

During 16 years as a partner at PwC, the global professional services firm, he held a range of leadership positions including at main board level in both the UK and Africa practices.  He has led and grown successful businesses within the firm such as the Government & Public Sector practice and Africa Business Group.

 

Alongside his client work in corporate finance and consulting he led PwC’s Human Resources function through a period of substantial change.  He has been widely recognised externally for his work promoting diversity in business and as a senior role model and been a member of the Government’s Social Mobility Commission, among other non-executive roles.

Meet Sue Watson

An energetic, pragmatic business consultant.  Sue is a qualified accountant and with this discipline, she focuses on the financial business benefits and opportunities of every intervention she collaborates on.

 

Sue has led on several projects covering all aspects of Management and Business Consulting with particular expertise in diversity management, change management, Leadership, recruitment and retention strategies.

 

Using her experience in business and risk management, Sue designs and develops innovative, pragmatic and challenging programmes that focus on learning, well- being and development of individuals and teams. Sue is an accredited practitioner of the psychometric assessment instrument MTQ48 Mental Toughness and an ILM executive coach, specialising in clients with career limiting behaviours.

 

Previously, Sue spent 15 years of her career in Business Management at 2 Global Investment Banks and latterly as a senior diversity professional in financial services at Citi, where she created a number of award winning programmes.

Meet Sunil Rajan

Sunil Rajan, Managing Director for Axioma, leads their EMEA and APAC business and brings over 20 years of Leadership experience. Sunil’s expertise centres around capital markets, partnerships, distribution, and strategic development.

 

Prior to joining Axioma, Sunil held leadership positions with S&P Global Markets, Thomson Reuters Trading & Risk, Misys and IBM Algorithmics. In Thomson Reuters Sunil led UKI advisory and financial software solutions across both banking and trading book, front office trading, middle office risk management, and back office settlement systems, prior to its acquisition by Vista Partners. Prior to that, he has also been part of the leadership team for other FinTech start-ups, one of which was successfully acquired by Misys.

 

Sunil also led the regional growth across the UK, BeNeLux and Gulf regions for risk vendor Algorithmics. Most recently, in S&P, Sunil has been leading the Risk Solutions growth across new markets in Europe, Middle East & Africa. He earned a BSc in Maths & Finance from SBU London and undertook the McGrawHill Leadership Program at University of Michigan GB

Liz has spent the last 20+ years in the Learning and Development arena, working with groups and individuals to enhance their influencing, leadership and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.

 

The 3 ‘D’s Methodology

The 3 ‘D’s shape her method of working, i.e. she spends time with clients at the Diagnosis phase, before Designing and Delivering bespoke, learner centred, interventions. These interventions may take the form of workshops, coaching and e-learning – or a blend of all three.

She has worked with an impressive array of clients, both in the UK and abroad. She has worked in a wide range of sectors, including banking, telecommunications, publishing, airlines, oil, foods, technology, facilities management, construction and optical. Her highly participative style is favoured with groups at all levels of seniority, focusing on building the learning at two levels – ‘knowing’ and ‘doing’.

Leon Roos is a Facilitator, Learning Designer and Coach. Since joining the world of consulting 8 years ago Leon has designed, developed, delivered and deployed programs for large international clients that affected lasting behavioural change and created business results.

 

Expert skills in storytelling-, facilitation- and leadership journeys that expose the link between business behaviour and business outcomes. Able to positively impact the knowledge, beliefs and experience of people so that businesses execute strategy better and grow faster.

 

Prior to consulting, Leon lead retail organisations at front-, mid- and senior levels of management in Africa and the United Kingdom. At the age of 41, Leon’s leadership experience stems from a 23 year career in retail management and consulting in Europe, Africa, Asia LATAM, Russia and North America.

Pauline Hughes is an Executive Coach and Strategic Communications Consultant. Pauline has coached CEOs, government ministers, celebrities and other high profile individuals to enhance their personal impact and make their mark. Previously Director of Communications at a children’s charity, and PR Director within central government, she draws on 15+ years experience to help individuals and companies navigate through the maze of modern-day communications and find their voice, their story, and their audience.

 

Starting with a degree in Psychology, Pauline has always been fascinated by human behaviour and the neuroscience and psychology that underpins it. This has been at the heart of her work as a senior leader, building successful teams and delivering high performance that leads to better business results. Now, with a distinction level post graduate certificate in executive coaching, Pauline is passionate about helping individuals and teams to harness their strengths and build their confidence; and is on a mission to propel them to reach their highest ambitions.

Derek’s specialism is in one to one coaching and workshops for ‘rising stars’. High potential, high performing individuals who often want to progress into senior leadership roles. Corporate clients include WPP London media agency Maxus.

Meet Abigail Ireland

Abigail is a Peak Performance Strategist and Coach. She delivers executive training and coaching internationally – across the UK, Europe, Australia and the USA. Abigail has delivered a wide range of management and leadership programmes for clients across sectors, from banking and professional services through to FMCG, luxury goods and hospitality.

 

With an international background in banking, Abigail is well-versed in the dynamics and pressures of the corporate world. She has worked for major UK and Australian banking institutions in everything from front office private equity, acquisition finance, corporate banking and credit through to strategy, business management, M&A and wealth.

 

Abigail has regularly worked alongside and advised C-suite executives on strategic and operational direction, sat on senior leadership teams and served as a Board Advisor

Meet Rob Neil

Rob Neil spent 35 years at the MoJ, holding roles including D&I lead, Head of Engagement Networks and first elected chair of the Civil Service Race Forum. The engagement network boasts over x1000 people across Courts, Tribunals, Prisons and the Legal Aid Agency.

 

In 2016 Rob was included in the ‘New View 50’ which recognises influential Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) professionals in the public sector andwas chosen to lead the MoJ’s Race Project – an inward facing programme of work aimed at supporting the MoJ’s published Diversity & Inclusion objectives and turning the dial on race equality.

 

Rob was awarded an OBE in the 2018 New Year’s Honours list for ‘Services to Race Equality in the workplace and the community’
