Case Studies

Lanre has provided support to Young Women’s Trust as we work towards becoming an anti-racist and fully inclusive charity, including facilitating sessions for staff and trustees and providing advice to the leadership team.

Lanre’s approach has been thoughtful, flexible and very tailored to achieve the goals set out in our brief. He’s been highly effective at creating a learning environment where the whole team feel able to contribute ideas and share thoughts and different perspectives. Lanre’s coaching style means that he’s been skilled at managing difficult conversations and building a safe environment to explore complex issues. Throughout our relationship with Lanre he has been very professional, reliable and supportive, bringing his experience and ideas whilst also tuning into the specific dynamics of our organisation and the context of our work.

Lanre Sulola and his team ran a workshop yesterday afternoon, the event was a wonderful success. It left me with a sense of people having made a real difference.

All who attended were genuinely enthused, found the event really interesting and a great deal of credit goes to Lanre and the supporting team behind the scenes for making this happen.

The session was superb and delivered all that we wanted. The event was a phenomenal success with over 90% of attendees rating their experience as excellent. Overall we had about 100 attendees on the night and a lot of enquiries into when the next event would be. We were truly blessed and are grateful.

Everyone really enjoyed the session and the poetry was a HUGE hit.

Lanre recently facilitated a development session at our REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage) Event. The session was very interactive and engaging, with Lanre quickly capturing hearts and minds. Feedback from the event was very positive and complimentary with several participants rating it Lanre’s session ‘the most beneficial and useful’.

Lanre was a consummate professional whom I would highly recommend.

We were thrilled to work with Inner Ambitions to deliver a wide-scale leadership learning programme. Inner Ambitions are very keen to fully understand the needs of the client and particular business issues, they recommended programme was very much tailored to our needs. Our leadership found them to be highly-engaging, knowledgeable and credible facilitators.

Lanre was absolutely instrumental in helping us design and launch a DEI strategy that is not about targets and tick boxes but the overall progression of our industry. We started with some compelling and thought provoking training with the Board, followed by a month of collaboration and advice where Lanre provided key insights and feedback to help us create an outstanding plan of action.

Lanre is a joy to work with, always providing impactful feedback and has a great eye for opportunities to promote diversity, equity and inclusion. But it’s not just me who thinks that; Some of the feedback from the business includes comments that Lanre’s talks and training have been “thought-provoking”, “mindset changing” and “Inspirational”!

I would like to thank Inner Ambitions for the seminars with my staff and the way that the event was managed today my staff have reported that it was a great success.

It was lovely to go through the vision, activities and future of ELCP. It’s been great brainstorming with you guys.

My sincere thanks to Inner Ambitions for their workshops at our Ambassadors’ Project residential. They contributed towards a very successful event. The talks were sincere and thought-provoking. All who attended benefitted from this.
