Our Approach

- Co-create a strategic roadmap with aspirational inclusion targets
- Launch talent development programmes tailored to Black colleagues
- Deliver inclusion sessions across the business to foster real behavioural change
- Promote cross-functional dialogue and practical tools for inclusion
- Support personal career clarity and leadership growth through 1:1 coaching and workshops
