Lanre has provided support to Young Women’s Trust as we work towards becoming an anti-racist and fully inclusive charity, including facilitating sessions for staff and trustees and providing advice to the leadership team.

Lanre’s approach has been thoughtful, flexible and very tailored to achieve the goals set out in our brief. He’s been highly effective at creating a learning environment where the whole team feel able to contribute ideas and share thoughts and different perspectives. Lanre’s coaching style means that he’s been skilled at managing difficult conversations and building a safe environment to explore complex issues. Throughout our relationship with Lanre he has been very professional, reliable and supportive, bringing his experience and ideas whilst also tuning into the specific dynamics of our organisation and the context of our work.
