But also able to take what others say on board?

Do I lead by action?

A role model

Who does everything in the right way

And If I can do it, others can

Do I have blind spots?

Weaknesses that are holding me back?

And negatively impacting others

Restricting them from reaching their potential

Am I in the detail?

A big picture thinker?

A talker, A shouter, a gentle whisperer

Is it all about me?

Or all about others?
